When I went to London to this Discovery Dogs show with my mum, and we met this crazy little dog called 'Mugly'. It's feet looked demonic, it had only a few strands of hair here and there, and it's skin was impossible to fuss smoothly as it felt like velcro and your hand stuck on it. But it was calm and had a nice personality. ANYWAY, today I found out by Cesar Millan on facebook that he's been made the winner of the 2012 World's Ugliest Dog competition! I've met the world's ugliest dog!
...why does that make me happy?!
Here's a picture of him.

Animal Crossing Wild World!
I thought it was about time someone did a post on the epic Nintendo game 'Animal Crossing'. I have probably been addicted to it since I brought it some time ago (were talking about 4-5 years) and still love it. The game is based around real life, though with a few abstract ideas; for instance, your neighbors are dressed-up, rather odd-looking animals that can speak to you through 'animalese' language. On the game, you can catch bugs, fish and collect fossils for either selling or to give to your museum. You can pay off your mortgage to get a bigger house, and can buy furniture, clothes and other daily necessities from your two local shops. You can also do loads of other things, of which I will add later on (If I can be bothered that is) :D
In the meantime, I've put a picture up of my favorite character, Roald!
Since they've done the same, here's a link to another blogger commenting on their love of Animal Crossing :D

The Chronicle
Well, the film 'The Chronicle' was amazing, unique and really makes you think. Not just about "What would I do if I had the power of telekinesis?", but also about how little things can spiral into trouble because someone takes advantage of the power they possess.'The Chronicle' not only has a fun side to the film, where practical jokes, unexplainable magic tricks and such positives as flying take place - but the film also takes on a realistic outlook on the responsibility someone with such power has.
The cast were incredible, even though I don't think I've seen them in any of the movies I've watched.
The film deals with lots of social issues, though is not an overly-depressing film to watch. It has the rare quality of becoming very unpredictable throughout the film as the main character too becomes unpredictable through things such as anger, abuse and being bullied daily - all the meanwhile growing ever stronger with his telekinesis.
This film is worth watching and I can't find a single drawback with it.
I thoroughly recommend watching it, and hope you all enjoy it just as much as I did.
Mum's dog walking business
My mum has been busy setting up a new dog walking business in and around Devizes and is fully insured with plenty of experience. She's set up a new blog for her business called 'Pack on Track' > http://packontrack.blogspot.co.uk/

'Snow White and the Huntsman' Film Review
The film, I would say, was just as good as the book. It wasn't like 'The Patriot'/'Braveheart' as much as the book was, but it was more mythical and...just different. However I would expect a few people I know to be a little skeptical of the film mostly because of its simplicity and the fact that the mythical and magical side to it may just be a little too far stretched for their limited imagination.
Anyways, for most of the people I know, I would recommend watching it, particularly since the cast were so good (Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron) and I've never liked the the Disney film 'Snow White', but 'Snow White and the Huntsman' was all in all worth watching.

Snow White and the Huntsman
Yesterday I read the whole of the book 'Snow White and the Huntsman' and loved it! I love the characters, the way the book has a style like the films 'The Patriot' and 'Braveheart', and in terms of the film I love the cast! Sooo, today I'm going to go at watch it with my sister Mina. I'll do a review on here soon enough, though I already expect it'll be good.
P.S. Don't you just hate it when you finish a book?

Quails!
A couple of days ago we managed to give away three of our quails, which was good. They'll be going to an aviary with budgies. At first the person who was looking to get them was only getting our pretty female quail, but then considered it and went with buying our other two males who get along well, leaving me with a male quail called Brownie and a female quail called Temperance. I'll think of something more interesting to post soon, but right now I have to get ready for school at 4th lesson - 11:40...Geography Revision...

Must read books
I thought I'd put a list of books I've enjoyed reading the most;
The Thief of Always
The Hunger Games, Mockingjay and Catching Fire
Hush hush
Fallen
Runemarks
Night World (Daughters of Darkness)
Darren Shan - All of his books
That's all I got so far, but check out my new shared blog --> http://ourwrittenthoughts.blogspot.co.uk/
I wanted to have it as 'Visible Thoughts' but Laura didn't agree.
